I love LA.
Its about halfway thru 2010, and I’ve realized how fast time flies. I was recently offered a position in New York. Now I’ve never really ever thought about leaving LA ever for anything, but you never really know what you’re going to do til the situation happens. For a good couple of days I seriously thought I was going to move out to New York.
Sure I didn’t like the rude fast paced chinese delivery food restaurants, and how the greenery doesn’t compare to cali. I DID like that it was a city that never sleeps, and every place was walkable. I definitely felt that my 24 hour champagne diet, no sleepin, hustle every day motto would mesh well out there. It would be a big change! Everyone I talked to told me that I would definitely expand my horizons living out in a big city a lone.
What really switch things on me was the talks I had with the mentors and business partners that I’ve made. It reminded me of all the things I’ve help built, and what I learned. Great mentors are hard to find. I realized while this tour was slowly coming to an end, I’ve been the happiest I’ve been in a long while. I actually feel like I’ve found a groove that I like. I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by people who I believe will help change the world somehow some way in a big way. I invested into my career early, and I don’t plan on jumping out of a winning car. I still have a lot to learn.
I set a goal for myself 4 years ago, and I plan on completing that goal with me here in Los Angeles.
Yes, I can have great new experiences in New York, but I can create great ones on my own anywhere.
So I apologize for speaking too early about Moving out of town. I was being a bit haste, and not thinking clearly.
I am LA all day.

If you haven’t been following me on twitter/facebook (http://www.twitter.com/tomngo422 / http://www.facebook.com/tomngo ) then you wouldn’t know that I’ve been on tour for this concert that I’ve been helping put together. APAHM 2010. Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Its a concert series celebrating Asian American Heritage thrown by my company (Plan C Group). This is the 3rd one they’ve put together, and I was able to participate this year by helping out w/ the viral marketing & branding of the tour. I was also asked to host the concert. (Yeee). This years tour features Van Ness Wu (the homie!) Evonne Hsu, JJ Lin, and Mike Relm (dude is a SIIIICK DJ) This is a 5 City tour (Seattle, New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles), and I haven’t been to 3 of those cities before, so I was definitely pumped for this trip. I took a couple flix but I didn’t get any from the show since, I was on stage. lol.
So here we go with the pictures.
Below is me and Nipsey Hussle at the Seattle Airport. Nipsey Hussle is a new westcoast rapper, that I am definitely feelin’. He’s from Los Angeles, reppin that hooooood shit. I bumped into him on the plane ride there, and I think he was definitely surprised that I knew who he was. (I am not your typical hip hop fan) (NIPSEY HUSSLE – HUSSLE IS MY LAST NAME)
Ivar’s Salmon House. Delicious. Period.
Salmon Halibut.
Meet DJ Hyphen. He does the Sunday Sessions on CUBE93. Dude is a coool guy. Found out he’s a big hip hop geek. He’s a internet tech geek, but he also digs hip hop. Plus he’s into sports. We had a really good lunch choppin’ it up. He didn’t help me by pushing me towards getting a MACBOOK PRO….Also found out that the day I met Nipsey, he was actually hit up by Nipsey’s crew to DJ for him that night. LOL! Small WORLD! —> check his blog http://www.theaudacityofdope.com/

Batman is a super hero that isn’t, as he possesses no abnormal powers or abilities. He is in every sense of the word, a man. However, his mental quest for what he deems is right in unmistakable, and his brain ticks differently than anybody else’s. His quest for vengeance comes from within, and this drives him to make an impact on the world. His determination allowed him to turn his otherwise normal body into a weapon. His relentless drive forces him to work harder than his opposition, so when his enemies are at the end of their rope he is just getting started. In his enemies mind, he is much more than a man, and this edge is created purely by the Dark Knight’s mind.
